A fax is still processing

Check History before sending again. A busy or unavailable receiving machine can delay delivery. An interrupted internet connection does not necessarily mean your fax failed.

Failed faxes and refunds

Credits reserved for a failed or cancelled fax are returned to your balance once its final status is confirmed. This is a return of credits, not a refund to your payment method.

For an Apple purchase refund, visit Apple’s Report a Problem. For website payments or missing credits, contact us below. Refund eligibility depends on the purchase and applicable consumer rights.

Account access and deletion

Reset your password if you cannot sign in. In the iOS app, open Account → Delete account. Website customers can request deletion using this form; we will verify ownership before processing it.

Please include only what we need to investigate. Do not send your fax documents, passwords, or card details.
