Effective September 25, 2026. FaxForMe is provided by Cornerstone 118 Holdings LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.

Fax service

FaxForMe sends documents to supported US and Canada fax destinations. You are responsible for the accuracy of the recipient number and for having permission to send the document. Do not use the service for unlawful material, unsolicited advertising, harassment, or other abuse.

Delivery depends on receiving equipment and telecommunications providers. We cannot guarantee a delivery time. A delivered status reports successful transmission; it does not confirm that the intended person read the document or that an agency accepted a filing. Verify time-sensitive receipt directly with your recipient.

Credits and purchases

One credit covers one fax page. Prices and pack sizes are shown before purchase. Credits do not expire while the service is available and your account remains active. Credits are reserved when a send is accepted and returned if the fax fails or is cancelled. Credit restoration is separate from a payment refund.

Website payments are processed by Stripe and iOS In-App Purchases by Apple. Purchases are linked to your FaxForMe account. For missing credits or website refunds, contact support. Apple purchase refunds are handled through Apple. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights.

Your account and documents

Keep your sign-in details secure. You retain ownership of your documents and authorize the processing needed to send them. Maintain your own copies of important documents and confirmations. Account deletion removes access to remaining credits; contact support about unused purchases before deleting your account.

Availability and changes

We may restrict abusive use, perform maintenance, and improve the service. We will not represent an uncertain transmission as confirmed delivery. Future pricing changes do not reduce the page balance of credits already purchased. If service changes affect unused purchases, contact us for assistance.
